At Admescope, we recognize the need for a fast design-make-test cycle and that is why we deliver frequently needed screening data with a one-week turnaround time to support your project!

All of our assays for initial ADME profiling apply streamlined protocols and automation to provide initial data about your compounds’ properties efficiently, while providing cost-effective solutions. The assays are designed for fast screening, yet accuracy is never compromised, delivering high-quality data remains our priority and all services are performed under a well-defined quality management system.
Admescope’s early ADME in vitro panel covers kinetic solubility screening, providing quick and accurate solubility data with minimal compound consumption. The logD7.4 analysis provides a critical parameter affecting several ADME properties. Metabolic stability is tested with human and preclinical species microsomes, and hepatocytes can be used if preferred. Plasma protein binding assessment uses rapid equilibrium dialysis with plasma from the same species as metabolic stability screening. Lastly, CYP inhibition screening checks for drug-drug interaction risks with a cost-effective cocktail approach. After obtaining the initial in vitro data, the work can be continued with in vivo PK screening in mice and rats. Multiple compounds can be pooled and administered together as a cassette to reduce animal use. Later on, we can support you with the full PK profiling, including excreta collection and rodent mass balance studies with radiolabeled compounds.

Continued support from hit-to-lead through lead optimization until to the clinical development
As your project progresses, our expert team is here to provide continued support. With Admescope’s extensive portfolio, we offer the right assays at every stage of your project – all the way from screening to fully regulatory compliant in vitro DDI assessments and in vivo metID. Additionally, as Symeres, we can support you with integrated drug discovery, synthetic chemistry and drug development services, guiding you from hit identification all the way to clinical development.
