Meet the team; Alli Sinokki, Study director

Posted on May 4, 2026

We’ve had the pleasure of having Alli on our team for a while now, and in this blog post she shares a bit about herself.

I joined Admescope in January 2025 while finalizing my PhD at the University of Helsinki. My PhD research was about drug interactions and pharmacogenetics related to drug transporters, which is the topic that brought me to Admescope. What interests me about pharmacokinetics and drug transporters is their relevance to all drugs in one way or another. Yet, each case has its unique characteristics which makes the daily work interesting, and its rewarding to know that ultimately my work contributes to development of new, safer and more effective therapies spanning across all the drug modalities.

At Admescope, I work as a study director in the DDI team where I am responsible for studies related to drug transporters. As a study director, my day-to-day work includes planning projects with customers and our scientists, scheduling and instructing the work, reviewing results and communicating them to the customer. Diverse projects and a dynamic environment ensure that each day is different with new challenges. What I value most is getting to work together with such talented and experienced colleagues – everyone is always ready to brainstorm together to find the best solution whatever the question.

In addition to my background in pharmacy, I have completed degrees in sport sciences and pedagogy that give a broader perspective to my work but also carries over into my free time, where I enjoy staying active through different sports and spending time with my children.
