At Admescope, we understand that reliable, high-quality quantitative bioanalysis is essential for advancing your ADME/DMPK and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) studies. That’s why we offer a full suite of non-GLP bioanalytical services to support a broad range of drug modalities—including small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and other biologics. Our analytical capabilities go beyond the test compounds – the known biomarker or drug metabolites can also be analyzed. To ensure consistently high quality, our work is guided by a well-established quality management system, which was recently introduced in our blog series.
Whether your project involves early discovery or more complex investigational challenges, we tailor each analysis to fit the chemistry of the test compound, the biological matrix, and the specific needs of your study. Our scientists excel in developing robust, structure- and matrix-based analytical methods, while also routinely handling method transfers and sample analysis from in vivo studies conducted outside our own animal unit.

We utilize state-of-the-art instrumentation , including both LC/MS/MS and LC/HR-MS systems, selected based on the demands of each individual study. Our analytical approach covers the full spectrum of chromatographic techniques—such as reverse phase, HILIC, and chiral chromatography—to address the diverse chemistries of test compounds and biological matrices. Sample preparation methods range from straightforward protein precipitation to more complex solid-phase extraction combined with chemical derivatization, and each method is optimized for the analyte instead of applying generic methods.
In addition to LC/MS analysis, which we apply to both small molecules and biologics, we offer quantitative support using qPCR and ELISA. For studies involving radiolabeled compounds, our facilities are equipped with UPLC systems featuring online radiodetection, as well as liquid scintillation counters and β-plate readers.
Our bioanalytical services can be delivered as part of full in vivo DMPK packages, including in vivo MetID, or as standalone solutions for samples provided by our customers. To ensure smooth project execution, our import permit for biological samples covers a wide range of species. For cases requiring special clearance—such as CITES-regulated species—we handle applications directly with the appropriate local authorities. We are also happy to assist with the sample shipping logistics or with the synthesis of reference compounds or metabolites.
From standard small molecule pharmacokinetic parameters to the most demanding analytical challenges, Admescope is committed to delivering reliable data, with required level of reporting, that drives confident decision-making in drug development.
