Video release: Biologics
We proudly present the fourth video on our key competence areas. The previous videos cover drug interactions, metabolism and ADME-Tox services in general. Admescope introduced Biologics into the service portfolio in 2018 and now it’s time to premiere the video on Biologics.
Our dazzling professionals and modern facilities star the video also this time. Don’t hesitate to spare a moment and visit our website to watch the video and to find more information on our Biologics services.
New publication out now on PBPK
A number of Admescope scientists have contributed to a freshly published peer-reviewed article on Physiologically based pharmacokinetic modelling of oxycodone drug-drug interactions. The scientists built a PBPK model to forecast interactions between oxycodone and CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 DDI perpetrators that may be co-administered with oxycodone. Importantly, the work demonstrated the capability of the PBPK simulation to predict not only the DDI of the administered compound, but also the formed metabolites of both, DDI victim and perpetrator.
