We have been delighted to follow the increasing demand for our Biologics services since the first assays were commercially launched in 2018. This has allowed us to develop new services, update our analytical instrumentation and hire more staff to the Biologics’ team. Naturally, the R&D keeps on going to answer the needs of our customers and to provide a comprehensive service offering to support their projects. We’ll keep you up to date on our proceedings.
Today, our services for Biologics cover LC/MS based protein MW and structural characterisation such as peptide mapping, detection of post-translational modifications and released N-glycan profiling. In addition, quantification from biological matrices is available with different bioanalytical techniques (LC/MS or ELISA) and rodent PK studies can be carried out in our AAALAC accredited animal unit. Moreover, biomolecular interactions, such as protein-protein, antibody-FcRn and antibody-FcƴR interactions, can be evaluated using either SPR or BLI. If you are not familiar with these techniques, you might want to have a look at our latest blog post.
